Carpenter has been a practicing spiritual medium for 35 years. In an attempt
to find answers to questions which have plagued her all of her life she
formed IPRA and set out to find evidence which correlated with the visions
she has. By bringing together an experienced team of investigators worldwide
using a standard set of guidelines established by IPRA she is now on the
path of answering those questions. She is the proud mother of two daughters
both gifted mediums in their own right and the proud grandmother of three,
